Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 September 2026

The short version. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no trackers, advertising pixels or social media widgets. It does not even load fonts from a third party. If you never click a donate button, nothing about you is recorded beyond the standard server log our host keeps.

Who runs this site

This page raises money for Morgan Hernandez, a senior at George Washington High School in Charleston, West Virginia, for his 2027 season with Onyx Independent Open. It is operated on the family's behalf by Braden Frame (Cosmic Mountain Strategies), who also holds the Stripe account that processes donations.

Questions about this policy or your data: info@morganspins.com.

What this website collects

Nothing, directly. There are no forms, no accounts, no newsletter sign-up and no comment box on this site. We set no cookies and use no local storage.

The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to count visits. We use Netlify's own server-side visit counts. Those counts are aggregate: they tell us how many people opened the page, not who you are. See Netlify's privacy policy.

What happens when you donate

Donate buttons hand you off to Stripe, which runs the entire checkout on its own pages. Your card number never touches this website and we never see it.

Stripe collects, and shares with us:

We use that only to thank you, to keep an accurate record of the fundraiser, and to handle refunds or payment disputes. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with advertisers, or add you to any mailing list. Stripe's own handling of your payment data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Because donations are processed by Cosmic Mountain Strategies on Morgan's behalf, your card statement will show WWW.BRADENFRAME.COM. Your emailed receipt from Stripe will say "Morgan Spins, Onyx 2027 Season." This is expected, not a mistake, and we flag it so an unfamiliar line on your statement doesn't alarm you.

Cookies

This site sets none. Stripe's checkout pages set their own cookies once you get there, which are necessary for the payment to work and to prevent fraud. Those are covered by Stripe's policy, not this one.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about your donation, ask for a copy of it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@morganspins.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some records must be kept regardless of a deletion request, because payment processors and tax rules require a transaction history.

Because we set no cookies and run no cross-site tracking, there is nothing here for a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We honour those signals by default simply by not doing the thing.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. All payment data is handled by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 processor. No card data is ever stored by this site, because this site has no server and no database.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on the donation page.
